Thursday Morning Program
Reading - Printing - Math - Art

We now have an engaging 2½-hour weekly program for Kindergarten and Grade One students, designed to strengthen early learning in reading readiness, reading, printing, math and art.

Perfect for families who may be looking to fill Thursday mornings if their children do not have classes at that time as well as homeschool students.

This program is a meaningful, screen-free Thursday morning class created for children to help support them build skills and confidence.


Reading - Printing - Math Classes

Taught by experienced Kindergarten and Grade One teachers your child will learn:

  • Readiness Readiness
  • Reading fluency & comprehension strategies
  • Phonics practice & sight word recognition
  • Basic printing and letter formation skills
  • Early math skills: counting, number sense, simple adding & subtracting

This is hands-on, confidence building instruction.

Art Classes

Children will explore:

  • Drawing step-by-step
  • Watercolour and acrylic painting
  • Colour blending, shading & texture
  • Pastels, chalks, and creative technique skills

And children take home finished artwork they will be
proud of.

Program Runs Weekly on
Thursday Mornings

9:00 am – 11:30 am
(Reading + Math + Printing + Art)

10:30 am - 11:45 am
(Reading + Math + Printing + Art)

Very small group — Only 4 students per teacher ideal for individualized learning and gentle guidance.

Optional Reading Only or Art Only

Thursdays 12:15 – 1:30

Perfect for families who want academics only.

Optional ART ONLY Classes
